Cross

Cesana

2026

Cross is a project for Cesana, conceived to reinterpret the freestanding center-room system in a contemporary way through a clear design gesture: intersection.
The core of the project lies in the meeting between two primary volumes: the vertical mass of the center-room unit and the horizontal line of the glass shelf. This creates an active relationship, in which the shelf passes through the volume, generating a balance between solidity and lightness, opacity and transparency.
The intersection becomes the defining element of the system: a clear and legible sign capable of shaping the space and organizing its functions.
The shelf can be configured as single or double, expanding both compositional and functional possibilities. Likewise, the center-room unit can be designed in single or double versions, creating symmetrical or asymmetrical solutions that remain consistent with the project’s visual language.
This versatility allows Cross to adapt to different contexts: from an iconic freestanding centerpiece to an integrated niche solution, particularly suited to the hospitality and contract sectors.
In this sense, the project naturally fits within Spaces by Cesana vision, where architecture and product interact to create complete, coherent, and recognizable environments.
Cross is not simply an object, but a system that interprets space through the intersection of volumes, transforming an essential geometric gesture into a distinctive design element.
